Returns will not be accepted if the seal on the outside of the shipping envelope is broken, except in the case of defective manufacturing. Defective items will be replaced with an identical product after receipt of your return. Returns should be shipped in a traceable manner (e.g. UPS, registered mail, etc.), with a note explaining the problem, to:
